Dolcetto is one of the most popular grape varieties and wine in Piedmont. Thanks to its versatile nature and its lively and fruity taste, it can be drunk every day with almost any type of meal.

Tasting notes
Harvest: mid September. Crushing of the grapes, taking away the wood from the clusters, and fermentation, in big containers with skins and selected yeasts, at controlled temperature, till the transformation of the natural sugars of the grapes. Decantation of the skins and storage of the Altefrange Dolcetto wine in suitable containers to guarantee a perfect maturation of the wine. After filtration, bottling at cellar temperature. Recommended consumption within 2 years; however, some good vintages allow later consumption.
