Harvest: first half September. Crushing and soft pressing of the grapes to avoid damages to the wooden part of the grapes, which could give some unwanted flavours to the Altefrange white wine. Natural decantation of the skins. Then, selected yeasts are put into the must, already cleaned, for a correct fermentation at a controlled temperature. With this procedure, its floral and fruity characteristics are preserved. After fermentation, filtration and storage of white wine Altefrange in suitable containers. Bottling after sterile filtration. Recommended consumption within 2 years.
